Fleet Administrator assists in the administration and coordination of the organization’s fleet of motor vehicles. Maintains accurate records of vehicles. Being a Fleet Administrator ensures compliance with government rules and regulations and files paperwork in support of this compliance as needed.

We are looking for Fleet Telematics Administrator to help support our growing fleet technology and fleet vehicle.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the system administrator for Telematics/GPS programs
- Collect, process, and distribute relevant data about the fleet department and telematics
- Manage the device RMA process, warranty claims
- Manage non-reporting devices for quick resolution and minimize device downtime
- Coordinate with Beacon maintenance team & contractor for all repair actions
- Responsible for all invoices relating to telematics to ensure accuracy of billing to locations/companies
- Create and manage reports for department and company stakeholders
- Train new fleet users on the system/portal access as needed
- Assist the Fleet Operations teams as requested
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
- Manage implementation of telematics programs by providing accurate and concise vehicle assignment information
- Oversee installation partners and installation progress of telematics systems
- Manage system accessibility for all Beacon employees, drivers, etc. to ensure system access is active and deactivated as employees are hired or termed
- Provide management feedback on system usability, functionality, vendor matters, etc.
- Define best practices for ensuring the accuracy of device reporting
- Participate in vendor meetings and provide consistent and accurate information relating to the use of the products
Education, Skills, Experience Needed:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in fleet operations, telemetry, data analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of fleet operations and data analysis
- Written and oral communication skills.
- Interpersonal skill to negotiate business strategies and agreements with suppliers
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, financial reports, business plans and strategies, and legal documents
- Ability to create long-term plans, including the scheduling and implementation of required activities
- Ability to accomplish departmental, divisional, and organizational goals when information is vague, and details are absent or difficult to obtain
- Ability to solve unique problems and develop methods, systems, and policies
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Salary:
- $70,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience
