Job Description
Double the Energy revenue in the sustainability sector by landing new blue chip client sales in the Product and Plant Engineering arena. Focused on selling solutions in: Engineering Services (mechanical & electrical, hardware & software), Digital Solutions (IoT & Analytics), Business Support Services.
Key Result Areas
- Drive for revenue growth and profitability
- Develop a pipeline of potential Oil & Gas Fortune 500 customers
- Track the pipeline of opportunities through the sales force process
- Drive the formulation of innovative business proposals (technical & commercial)
- Contracts, MSA and Commercial Pricing to satisfactory closure
- Build long term strategic relationships with clients focused on value solutions and delivery
Must haves
- 8+ years in metrics-driven services and solutions selling and knowledgeable in the O&G Services Sustainable Energy, Industrial, and Plant Engineering industry.
- Established contacts and relationships at the C-level, VP, and Director levels
- Clearly demonstrated experience in developing a structured Go to Market Strategy
- Track record of driving revenue growth and profitability in the tens of millions
- Strong negotiations background with a track of success
- Collaborating across functions and advisors to formulate of complex technical business proposals
- Deal flow - how to structure deals, legal contracts, and master service agreements
- Built eco-system partnerships to help drive revenue growth.
Specific skill set:
- Fundamental understanding on all phases of mechanical, electrical engineering, IoT & Analytics
- Strong knowledge of Sustainable Energy and Power Plant industry practices and market trends is critical. For example in Alternate fuels, Carbon Capture, Waste To Energy, especially in balance of plant engineering services.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Master (preferred) degree in engineering, business or finance.
- Strong networking, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent professional presentation skills
- Ability to successfully work on a multinational and multicultural basis
- Travel domestically could be up to 50%
- Houston home base location is strongly preferred.
- Remote work from home is possible
