This is a 1-year long contract (until December 2025). This role is remote within Poland. We are only able to accept applications for those based in Poland and have sponsorship to live and work in Poland. 


What you'll do at Jamf:
 

At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. The Test Engineer II is a key role in our product development organization to ensure our solutions meet high standards of quality and the expectations of our customers.  This position will focus on device management components of JAMF product offering, including end user applications on Mac OS X and iOS devices.

 

What you can expect to do in this role: 

  • Contribute as a member of an agile team working directly with software engineers, product owners, technical writers, software architects, user experience architects, scrum masters, and others.
  • Create and execute test scenarios across web, mobile, and OS X applications.
  • Develop test cases for new or evolving features.
  • Engage and coordinate with Test Engineers across teams to contribute to overall test strategy and testing knowledge.
  • Build a deep understanding of workflows that make JAMF customers successful and apply that knowledge to ensuring the quality of each release.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
  • A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered.  
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with manual back-end testing.
  • Experience with SQL and REST API.
  • Experience with TestRail and Postman.
  • Strong written and oral English language skills.
  • Proven analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with co-workers in a results-driven culture.


It would be a plus, if you have:

    • General Experience with development practices like Unit Testing, Test-Driven Development, Acceptance Testing, and/or Continuous Delivery. 
    • Ability to develop approaches for testing infrastructure and configuration changes in cloud environments, e.g. Amazon Web Services or Kubernetes.
