Flashbots started in 2020 as a research and development organization formed to mitigate the negative externalities and existential risks posed by Maximal Extractable Value (MEV). Since then, we have had an immense impact on the world of crypto through mev-geth, Flashbots Protect, MEV-Boost, MEV-Share, our open research and soon-to-be SUAVE.

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to join us on a 6-month contract where You’ll partner closely with our hiring managers, immerse yourself in the world of MEV, and headhunt the best talent in the space.
What you'll do:
Source creatively using unconventional and innovative methods to connect with exceptional candidates in the blockchain and crypto space.
Drive the full-cycle recruitment process: identify, engage, and close candidates while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Act as a talent advisor, guiding hiring managers on market trends, talent pipelines, and best practices.
Coordinate: the logistics of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring comprehensive data.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: +5 years of technical recruiting, ideally in crypto, blockchain, or high-growth startups with an understanding of the relevant players.
Creativity in sourcing: Ability to find and engage with talent beyond traditional platforms.
Strong communication skills: Comfort with articulating technical roles and our mission to a wide range of candidates.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining a high level of organization.
Crypto-curious: You don’t need to be a blockchain expert, but an interest in decentralized systems and a willingness to learn is a must.
Collaboration: Experience working closely with hiring managers and technical teams to define roles and attract talent.
Tools of the trade: Proficient with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
After the 6-month contract, exceptional performance could open the door to a full-time opportunity with the Flashbots team.
