Job description

Your mission
In the Network Management unit of Network Operations, your mission is to ensure that our physical EV charging sites network across Europe operates seamlessly. Covering 24 countries, this charging network is the backbone of our business, and this role is essential to ensuring its reliable service, maintenance, and overall operational excellence.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is driven by operational efficiency and excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational capabilities and is passionate about maintaining and improving the day-to-day operations of our charging network to meet the highest standards via successfully collaborating with multicultural stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high availability and high level of quality of IONITY’s HPC Network.
  • Support the Operations Manager in managing supplier SLAs and service performance across the network through 24 Countries across Europe.
  • Monitor and track supplier performance, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon SLAs and service standards.
  • Assist in task management to improve operational performance and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
  • Contribute to expand IONITY‘s service and maintenance network by support in setting up new contracts or onboarding new suppliers and setting up operational structures.
  • Collaborate with multi-cultural suppliers on performance improvement plans and follow up on specific tasks.
  • Provide input and support for regular SLA reports and performance tracking.
  • Assist in internal reporting to top management and shareholders, including performance updates and presentations.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for minor projects and workstreams, managing tasks and ensuring their completion.
  • Facilitate communication between suppliers and internal teams to ensure alignment on operational objectives.
  • Contribute to the setup of new processes and continuous improvement initiatives in Service and Maintenance supplier management.
Your profile
  • Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in supplier management, operations, or service performance, with a focus on stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong task management and organizational abilities.
  • High competency in data analysis and interpretations of statistics.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage supplier relationships and report to senior leadership.
  • Hands-on mentality with the ability to follow up on detailed tasks.
  • Proficient in performance tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and take on responsibility for smaller projects.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
