In the Network Management unit of Network Operations, your mission is to ensure that our physical EV charging sites network across Europe operates seamlessly. Covering 24 countries, this charging network is the backbone of our business, and this role is essential to ensuring its reliable service, maintenance, and overall operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure high availability and high level of quality of IONITYâs HPC Network.
- Support the Operations Manager in managing supplier SLAs and service performance across the network through 24 Countries across Europe.
- Monitor and track supplier performance, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon SLAs and service standards.
- Assist in task management to improve operational performance and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Contribute to expand IONITYâs service and maintenance network by support in setting up new contracts or onboarding new suppliers and setting up operational structures.
- Collaborate with multi-cultural suppliers on performance improvement plans and follow up on specific tasks.
- Provide input and support for regular SLA reports and performance tracking.
- Assist in internal reporting to top management and shareholders, including performance updates and presentations.
- Serve as a single point of contact for minor projects and workstreams, managing tasks and ensuring their completion.
- Facilitate communication between suppliers and internal teams to ensure alignment on operational objectives.
- Contribute to the setup of new processes and continuous improvement initiatives in Service and Maintenance supplier management.
