We are known for delivering insights, products, and services that make quality care more accessible and affordable. Here, we focus on the health, happiness, and well-being of you and those we serve – we care.

What you do at McKesson matters. We foster a culture where you can grow, make an impact, and are empowered to bring new ideas. Together, we thrive as we shape the future of health for patients, our communities, and our people. If you want to be part of tomorrow’s health today, we want to hear from you.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager/Sr. Product Owner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our product roadmap, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that align with our business objectives and meet the needs of our customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions, leading the product development process from conception to launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the product roadmap: Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the company's goals and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities and enhance existing offerings.
  • Define product requirements: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define clear and actionable product requirements based on user stories, customer feedback, and market demands.
  • Prioritize product backlog: Evaluate and prioritize feature requests, bug fixes, and enhancements, considering business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with development teams: Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure efficient and effective development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
  • Provide clear product guidance: Communicate product vision, goals, and requirements to the development team, ensuring a shared understanding and clarity of purpose.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT): Collaborate with QA and user experience (UX) teams to define UAT criteria and validate product functionality and usability.
  • Measure product success: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance, regularly reporting on metrics and using data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
  • Lead product launches: Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful adoption and user engagement.
  • Act as a customer advocate: Gather and analyze customer feedback, conduct user interviews, and engage with users to understand their needs, pain points, and satisfaction levels, translating insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Stay current with industry trends: Continuously educate yourself on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends, applying that knowledge to enhance the product strategy.
