About the Job

Your Role
As a Software Engineer at IMG.LY, you'll become a central figure in our Creative Engine team. Driven by a passion for technical excellence and a commitment to developing market-leading creative solutions, you’ll help define the next generation of creative technology used by renowned global brands like Amazon and Hootsuite.
Your profile
  • Drive the future development of our CreativeEditor SDK.
  • Enhance the native iOS editor UI by implementing innovative features.
  • Advocate for and implement best practices in UI/UX design to ensure an intuitive and seamless workflow.
  • Design and refine robust intuitive APIs that empower developers to seamlessly integrate our creative editing features into diverse applications.
  • Make informed architectural decisions to ensure high standards of code quality, structure, and maintainability.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-team to propose and evaluate new features and improvements, participating in strategic planning and team alignment.
  • Optimize the performance and scalability of the CreativeEditor SDK.
  • Provide technical support to developers integrating our SDK, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth adoption process.
  • Create and maintain clear, high-quality technical documentation.
About You:
  • You have a proven history of developing and delivering high-quality iOS applications.
  • You possess expert-level proficiency in SwiftUI, capable of crafting complex UI components with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • You have a deep understanding of iOS development principles and the application lifecycle.
  • You’re experienced in code architecture and building modular and reusable software components balancing performance and clarity.
  • You’re passionate about technology, staying updated on industry trends, and eager to learn new tools and methodologies.
  • You thrive in a remote environment, demonstrating excellent self-motivation, time management, and accountability for delivering results.
  • You have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • You’re a collaborative team player with a positive and supportive attitude, fostering a productive work environment.
  • You’re proficient in English, facilitating effective communication and collaboration within an international, distributed team.
  • You are a resident of the EU and / or you are authorized to travel and work throughout the entire EU.
