Job description

Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns with a strong emphasis on email marketing. In this role, you will take ownership of campaigns from ideation to analysis, ensuring they drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns aligned with our business objectives.

If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for creating compelling email campaigns and optimising performance across channels, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns with email campaigns as a primary focus for users across the entire buyer journey

  • Align campaign objectives with business goals and target audience needs.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define campaign channels, messaging, positioning, and KPIs.

Execution and Coordination:

  • Manage campaign timelines, budget, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.

  • Oversee the creation of campaign assets, including email templates, copy, visuals, and landing pages.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, product) and external vendors as needed.

Email Campaign Management:

  • Design, implement, and optimise email marketing sequences to drive engagement and conversions.

  • Create email segmentation strategies to deliver personalised and targeted content.

  • Monitor email performance metrics (e.g., open rates, CTR, deliverability) and conduct A/B testing to refine strategies.

  • Data hygiene - clean, enrich and maintain the email database regularly.

Performance Monitoring and Optimisation:

  • Monitor and review campaign performance across all channels to ensure campaigns are running appropriately, with accurate attribution and expected results

  • Generate insights from campaign performance data to guide decision-making and strategy

  • Prepare post-campaign reports highlighting performance, insights, and recommendations.

  • Share learnings with the broader marketing team to inform future campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with sales teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and lead generation efforts.

  • Work with marketing operations to integrate campaigns into CRM and marketing automation tools (Hubspot).

Requirements

We’re looking for someone with the skills and experience to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment:

  • 7+ years of experience managing marketing campaigns, with significant expertise in email marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.

  • Demonstrated expertise in Hubspot, Google Analytics and A/B testing tools

  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful email and multi-channel campaigns

  • Deep understanding of email best practices, segmentation, personalisation, and deliverability.

  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working across teams and managing stakeholders.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
