What We’re Looking For:🔸 Experience Matters: 9+ years in mobile app design, with a strong portfolio featuring gamification expertise.
🔸 Design Systems Guru: Proven ability to create scalable, consistent design systems.
🔸 Inclusive Design Advocate: Familiarity with inclusive design and instructional design principles is a plus.
🔸 Tech-Savvy: Skilled in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and animation tools like Adobe After Effects or Rive.
🔸 Collaborator Extraordinaire: Strong communication and teamwork skills, thriving in interdisciplinary environments.
🔸 Empathy & Passion: A commitment to building tech that positively impacts children with autism.
🔸 Educational Credentials: Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field (Master’s preferred).
