Mission
The Field Sales Supervisor will grow the business through the acquisition of new allies for the SMBs segment leading and managing a team of 6 to 10 sales representatives in their assigned region. This person will ensure the achievement of sales targets, proper execution of commercial strategies, and the collection of valuable insights to improve processes.

What you will do:

  • Monitor Team Performance:

    • Conduct daily reviews of sales metrics and CRM data to ensure team members meet their goals and identify areas requiring support.

  • Field Support and Coaching:

    • This will be the main action, accompany team members on field visits to provide guidance, resolve issues, and enhance sales techniques.

  • Strategy Execution:

    • Implement and adapt commercial strategies in the field, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market conditions.

  • Reporting and Insights:

    • Compile and analyze field data weekly to generate actionable insights and recommendations for improving processes and strategies. Additionally, monitor competitors' actions in their regions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience supervising field sales teams:

    • At least +2 years of demonstrated ability to lead and manage field sales representatives, ensuring team cohesion and performance.

  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions:

    • Capacity to interpret sales metrics and CRM (SalesForce is a plus) data to identify trends and guide strategies effectively.

    • Understand commercial dashboards with principal KPIs.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills:

    • Proficient in motivating teams, resolving conflicts, and driving alignment with company objectives.

  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets:

    • History of consistently meeting or surpassing set sales objectives, demonstrating effective sales execution.

  • Nice-to-haves:

    • Experience in the fintech or financial services industries.

How The Hiring Process Looks Like:

  • Meet with our recruiter for a 30-minute video chat. We will get to know you better, understand what you’re looking for, and answer any questions you might have about ADDI.

  • Meet with the hiring manager for a 45-minute video chat interview. Here, we will ask you questions about your sales background and dive deeper into your experience and skills. You will be able to ask any questions about the culture and how we work at ADDI.

  • Meet with our SMBs Growth Manager for a 30-minute chat to discuss your skills, , SMBs knowledge, data analysis, and leadership abilities.

  • Complete a Field Sales Exercise. With this technical challenge, we want to see your sales skills and expertise facing a real situation. We expect you to invest 1 hour in it with our team.

  • Meet with one of our founders for a 30-minute chat to talk about the vision of the company, what we are building and how you will contribute to our product.
