Position Overview & Responsibilities

 

Protos Security is looking for a dynamic, skilled professional with a strong background in the security industry to join our team. The Field Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing guarding operations at multiple sites for a high-profile client in the energy sector. They will be directing the daily operations of all sites in their area by establishing and maintaining relationships with the client and vendors. The Field Account Manager is responsible for meeting or exceeding operational goals, coordinating necessary support, and providing the highest quality customer service. The Field Account Manager will reside in the greater Chicago area and will report to the Director of Field Operations.

 

Essential Role and Responsibilities:
  • Serves as a key point of client contact to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service for assigned account; evaluates service quality and initiates any necessary corrective action in a timely manner. 
  • Meets regularly with client representatives for status updates; addresses any actual or potential problems; provides support for security planning, assessments and surveys; reviews and updates post orders. 
  • Ensures the operation meets Key Performance Indicators as directed. 
  • Maintains a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Within scope of client contract and assigned duties, ensure there is an adequate inventory of radios and other supplies and equipment; maintains and submits business information as requested. 
  • Perform additional functions and duties as necessary to achieve assigned business objectives.
  • All functions, duties or tasks are to be carried out in an honest, ethical, and professional manner, and to be performed in conformance with applicable company policies and procedures.


 Education, Skills, and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ security experience in any vertical and demonstrated success in a leadership role.
  • Military, Corporate security, law enforcement, and operations support management experience preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and compliance requirements. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Process driven, detailed oriented and highly organized.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred: Bilingual -Spanish

 

 

Travel

Travel is required frequently between security locations in the state you manage.
