Job Responsibilities:
  • Drive customer satisfaction through inbound service calls, email, and/or chat
  • Troubleshoot & resolve end user issues (technical support)
  • Respond to inquiries related to account details, products, and services
  • Navigate through multiple systems and tools when helping customers
  • You will assist customers by phone and in person appointments- ( in person is by appointment only- customers will schedule online.)
  • During downtime when no appointments are scheduled ( likely the majority of the time), you will work handling customer contacts by phone but working from the specific office with set hours.

  • Pay $18.00 an hour
  • Seasonal position through mid April 2025.
  • $500 Bonus after working 80 production hours.
  • $150 Commute Bonus per month.
  • Schedule choice of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Local Time Zone- Monday through Thursday & Saturday- Off Friday & Sunday.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to navigate between screens while assisting customers
  • Problem-solver with a can-do attitude
  • Enjoy working independently and with a team
  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
  • Must be able to complete a pre-employment background check with satisfactory results
