Job Description:

This role is responsible for working closely with Broadcom technical and sales partner teams and assigned Broadcom partners, in all regions, within to drive the execution of Broadcom BU specific initiatives, partner programs, marketing plans and non-technical enablement.  

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution and performance of multi –channel and RTM partnership programs, plays, systems and tools to drive renewals, migration and cross sell demand gen and pipeline

  • Prioritized focus and support of the in-region partners leading to the successful achievement of overall attainment goals.

  • Drive focus & execution of partner sales enablement and division specific initiatives & programs with assigned partners regionally 

  • Management of the global partner contra program budget including:  MDF, funded head, rebates/ incentives, etc…

  • Train and enable corporate, commercial and partner sales teams within region on global partner strategy, program and pricing updates

  • Help to identify, co-develop and execute new business opportunities 

  • Management of the Broadcom Partner Portal for VMW BUs (ANS, TNZ, SDE, and VCF)

  • Develop and manage resell partner and disti profitability model and train sales and partner sales teams on how to use

  • Build relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, partners, and vendors in region

  • Evaluate existing partnerships and sales efforts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesn't

 

 Key Skills Required:

  • 12+ years’ experience preferred in B2B IT/telecoms, hi-tech company with experience working in a partner facing role

  • Track record of executing mix of activities with Cloud, Technology & Reseller Partners such as:  enablement and demand gen webinars, LinkedIn campaigns, content syndication, highly targeted customer events, thought leadership campaigns and contra program  management (MDF, Rebates and FHs)

  • Great at relationship building - with ability to engage cross functional stakeholders, proven ability to proactively build relationships is a must

  • Effective communicator and collaborator - Comfortable working in matrix environments, able to quickly build trust with remote teams and works to ensure others' success

  • Self-starter - inspires others around them, can lead several initiatives at once, detail-oriented, agile, creative with a start-up mindset

  • Strong business acumen with data driven mindset 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
