We’re seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to own and elevate our ambassador program, courses, and certifications. As a key leader in a team of experts, you’ll have the unique opportunity to drive thought leadership and help define the future of platform engineering.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development and growth of a world-class ambassador program that fosters meaningful connections and advocacy.

• Work with a talented team of content creators—including writers, designers, and videographers—to produce high-quality, thought-provoking articles, videos, and multimedia that engage global audiences.

• Partner with sponsors and stakeholders to design transformative learning experiences and create impactful educational content for courses and certifications.

• Develop and execute a content calendar, ensuring the timely delivery of relevant and engaging materials across platforms.

• Use performance metrics and industry insights to continuously refine and optimize content strategies, staying ahead of trends and maintaining thought leadership.

What You’ll Bring

• A track record of excellence in content strategy and production, ideally within high-growth or startup environments.

• Masterful storytelling abilities, with experience across written, visual, and multimedia formats.

• Strong account management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

• Outstanding project management skills, capable of leading diverse teams to achieve ambitious goals.

• Proficiency with content tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving meaningful impact and innovation.

• Expertise in building and managing ambassador or influencer programs that deliver measurable results would be a bonus.
