Job Title: Intake Coordinator
Location:
Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1600 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Intake Coordinator who is fully fluent in both Spanish and English to handle lead management, sign-ups, and insurance benefits verification (VOB) for our ABA therapy services. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients from the initial inquiry through to enrollment ensuring a smooth, efficient process and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with new leads promptly, guiding them through the onboarding process.
  • Verify insurance benefits (VOB) to confirm eligibility for services.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for incoming clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the EHR system.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide weekly reports.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Collaborate with billing to ensure proper coverage and documentation.
  • Address and resolve client questions or concerns regarding services.


Qualifications:

  • Native-level fluency in Spanish and English.
  • 23+ years of experience in medical reception, healthcare intake, or a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of lead management and follow-up processes.
  • Proven ability to learn new EHR/CRM systems quickly and efficiently.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills in both languages, written and verbal.
  • Aptitude for multitasking and excelling in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience with ABA therapy or behavioral healthcare services.
  • Additional language skills.
