Job description

Responsibility

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement internal communication strategies that drive engagement, align with company objectives, and foster a connected and informed workforce.

  • Event Management: Oversee and lead the ideation, planning, and execution of internal events to promote employee interaction and company culture.

  • Content Creation and Oversight: Manage and oversee the creation, editing, and design of internal publications, media materials, and newsletters, ensuring quality and brand consistency.

  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Global Communication team members across multiple offices to synchronize and execute communication initiatives efficiently and effectively.

  • Employee Feedback Loop: Actively engage with team members to understand their concerns, feedback, and suggestions, and provide actionable insights to the management team for resolution and improvement.

  • Employer Branding: Lead initiatives to enhance employer branding, ensuring the company remains an attractive workplace for current and potential employees.

  • Social Media Strategy: Supervise and guide the use of social media tools to strengthen internal and external communications.

  • Graphic and Media Oversight: Support and guide the creation of graphic and video content for communication campaigns, ensuring alignment with company standards.

  • Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Global Communication Team Leader.


Key skills and experience

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field; a masters degree is a plus.

  • 3+ years of professional experience in communication, marketing, or event management; prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred.

  • Exceptional English proficiency, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messages and presentations.

  • Proven ability to think creatively, solve problems, and innovate in communication strategies.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to foster collaboration and trust within the team.

  • Confident communicator and presenter, capable of representing the team in global settings.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.

  • Strong understanding of employer branding and its impact on organizational culture.

  • Basic proficiency in graphic and video design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, Capcut, etc.); a portfolio of work is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility for events or campaigns.
