Job Description:
Accelalpha, Inc. is a leading Oracle Implementation partner of innovative Oracle Fusion Cloud technology solutions, helping businesses navigate their digital transformation journeys. We specialize in Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions and are seeking a skilled Pre-sales - Oracle Cloud Specialist to join our dynamic team and be part of delivering cutting-edge Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the solution design and technical Pre-sales activities for Oracle Cloud implementations, focusing on business processes.
- Collaborate with Accelalpha and Oracle sales teams to understand client requirements and tailor Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions to address business needs.
- Create and deliver compelling solution design presentations, product demonstrations, and technical walkthroughs to key client stakeholders.
- Co-lead Oracle demos with Oracle Solution Engineers in new opportunities.
- Lead Oracle SCM demos using Accelalpha’s Oracle Fusion Cloud demo instance to existing and new clients.
- Assist in building Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation proposals, implementation cost estimates, RFI and RFP responses, and providing expert insights into Oracle Fusion Cloud’s capabilities.
- Support Accelalpha and Oracle sales teams through the pre-sales lifecycle, addressing technical queries and ensuring seamless transition into project delivery.
- Stay updated on Oracle Fusion Cloud updates, best practices, and new functionalities to guide clients with industry-leading knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud as a delivery consultant, specializing in implementation and solution design.
- In-depth knowledge of business process flows across Design to Build, and Plan to Produce, from L1 through L4 at minimum.
- Subject matter expert, at minimum, in any of the below Oracle Cloud modules/sub-modules:
- Discrete Manufacturing
- Process Manufacturing
- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- Production Scheduling
- Integrations with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES for short)
- Inventory Optimization
- Strong expertise in leading client engagements, facilitating workshops, and conducting solution walkthroughs.
- Implementation timelines and cost estimates for small, medium and large, transformational projects that span across multiple months and 5+ Oracle Cloud modules.
- Proven ability to create and present technical solutions to a non-technical audience, clearly articulating the value and benefits.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
- Experience with other Oracle modules such as Product Management, Transportation Management, or Warehouse Management is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications in Product Management, Order Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Execution, Inventory Management and/or Manufacturing.
- Familiarity with API’s and EDI’s, data conversion, integration tools, cloud technology stack, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience working in a pre-sales or consulting role with enterprise-level clients.

US Base Pay Disclosure
Accelalpha follows fair and equitable payment practice, considering many factors such as the candidate’s skill set, previous experience, as well as job duties, requirements, responsibilities, and work location. For this position, the expected base salary range is USD $160,000 to $180,000 + Variable Bonus
Pay increments and frequency of payment will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws.
