About the role

 

As a Senior Creative Insights Manager, you will play a crucial role in the process of creative strategy and media buying optimization. Your main goals are to assure our clients' performance and support our internal teams with creative insights and recommendations based on specific results. A CIM is a data-driven person with client-facing skills and deep knowledge of media buying platforms and data analysis. 

This role will focus on the creative analysis of Ready Set assets on clients’ media campaigns, its focus is not on the media execution of the campaigns. However, this task is not exclusive and in the long term could manage media campaigns due to client rotation. 

Media buying expertise, creative knowledge, and fluency in English are required.



Responsibilities and main tasks

 

  • Audit and Improve Client Campaigns: Regularly assess client campaigns for performance, compliance, and strategic alignment. Implement or recommend improvements as necessary.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Campaign Performance: Evaluate campaign performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI. Identify trends and opportunities for optimization and share creative insights.
  • Deliver Strategic Reporting and Insights: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients and senior management. Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations for future ads.
  • Visualize Data Effectively: Create high-level decks and reports that clearly communicate performance results and creative insights.
  •  Best Practices: you effectively communicate platform and channel capabilities, limitations and best practices internally and externally, setting realistic expectations and tailoring strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Senior Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with senior-level creative, marketing, and analytics teams to align media buying and creative strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Build and Maintain Strategic Media Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with media vendors, advertising platforms, and clients.

 

Expertise:

 

  • Drive Thought Leadership: Establish thought leadership in media buying, insights, and advertising by sharing innovative ideas and insights and creating POVs.
  • Stay Ahead with Industry Trends: Continuously monitor emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Subject Matter Expert: You are considered a subject matter expert in at least one media channel (ex. Search, Social, Programmatic) and/or platform (ex. Meta, Google, Basis), with in-depth knowledge of its role within a marketing and media strategy, and can help develop and disseminate best practices and standards for success.
  • Channel/Platform Expertise: Are capable of executing paid social media and creative strategies.

 

 

You bring:

  • 3+ years of media strategy development, media planning and negotiating in agencies and/or brand environments.
  • Experience in Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max). 
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills in English, and the ability to distill and analyze reporting and data into compelling insights and actionable strategies for clients
  • Deep expertise in leading $300,000+ media campaigns with a focus on driving revenue and customer acquisition for brands using paid performance.
  • Direct response experience with full comprehension of business goals, CPA-orientated results, ROAS best practices; past experience and deep understanding of the e-commerce environment.
  • Passionate about creative optimization and insights finding.
