It's with that in mind that Beyond is looking to add a Manager, Revenue Operations to our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will lead a team of global Marketing, Sales and Customer Success Operations professionals to own and operationalize our sales, expansion, and retention process design and execution.
As a Manager of Revenue Operations, you will have the opportunity to oversee the day-to-day activities of the Revenue Operations team. You will help shape the structures, processes, and culture around revenue operations and we will lean on you to direct operational improvements that maximize top-line and bottom-line results for our global business. You will partner with the Director of Revenue Operations to analyze data to uncover coaching and business opportunities, and enhance workflow processes, while working with cross-functional teams and tools.

As our Manager of Revenue Operations, you'll be responsible for:
- Optimizing Revenue Operations: Managing new business and renewal pipeline, revenue forecasting, territory definition, target setting, and incentive plan implementation across pre- and post-sales functions (Marketing, Sales, CX, and Host Operations).
- Driving Reporting Excellence: Partnering with our RevOps Director and BI team to define KPIs, build reporting infrastructure, and ensure consistent analysis and review rhythms for Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Host Operations.
- Ensuring Process Alignment: Leading process optimization and CRM enablement across our GTM teams, ensuring efficiency and alignment.
- Leading a High-Performing Team: Providing leadership, coaching, and direction to a global revenue operations team, fostering high performance and continuous improvement.
- Supporting Financial Reporting: Owning month-end close activities and collaborating with the Finance & Leadership Teams on monthly and quarterly reports, including board presentations.
- Owning CRM Strategy: Collaborating with the Salesforce and GTM Systems teams to design and optimize a long-term CRM and integration strategy (Salesforce, Hubspot, Gong, ChurnZero, Chili Piper) that enhances intelligence, efficiency, and data accuracy.

- A Perfectionist: You are committed to delivering excellence. You pay attention to details, ensuring no problem is too small to address while seeking scalable solutions that benefit the business long-term. Accountable for accurate CRM data and end-of-month reporting.
- Strong Communicator: You have exceptional communication skills. adept at building cross-functional partnerships and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. You can clearly articulate ideas and drive initiatives forward with confidence. You enable GTM functions by managing training and delivering clear, actionable insights & instructions.
Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:
- 6+ years in revenue or business operations within tech or SaaS
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated ability to create insightful reports and executive presentations for SaaS and growth-stage companies
- Proficient in using analytical tools, with SQL/BI experience as a plus
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC), HubSpot, and other key GTM tools such as Gong (trackers, playbooks, outreach Flows), ChurnZero, Outlaw, and ChiliPiper. Certifications in Salesforce or HubSpot are a plus.
