Position Summary:
◆ Executes the sales strategy for assigned key accounts
◆ Manages contract negotiations for assigned line of business
◆ Manage end to end RfP/Q process, and generate commercial calculations and quotations
◆ Partners with Operations in sales, negotiations, and project delivery
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
◆ Provides guidance to finance and accounting team for project cost
◆ Partners with legal team for contract negotiations
◆ Develops sales goals and strategies that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the Business Development Director and Area Manager
◆ Manages and develops your customer portfolio and secures strong relationships and long-term partnerships
◆ Drives large tender processes
◆ Contributes to the internal structure and sales process to ensure customer-focus and a proactive sales effort and approach
◆ Negotiates contracts, including understanding commercial conditions and consequences
◆ Ensures internal coordination, handover, and partnership with Operations from project negotiation through project conclusion
◆ Develops effective means of communication with associates at all levels across the business to build a relationship of trust and respect
◆ Special projects as assigned
◆ Flexibility to travel up to 30%-40%, some international travel required
◆ All other duties as assigned
