Job Title: SAP OSM Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SAP Order and Service Management (OSM) Consultant to support the 
implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP OSM solutions. The ideal candidate will 
collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order and service management processes 
while aligning with business goals and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Implementation and Configuration:
o Design, configure, and implement SAP OSM modules to support business 
requirements.
o Customize order and service management processes such as order capture, order 
fulfillment, and service delivery.
o Integrate OSM with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PM, and CRM) and third-party 
systems.
2. Process Optimization:
o Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
o Propose and implement solutions to streamline order and service workflows, enhance 
efficiency, and reduce errors.
o Develop and implement KPIs and reporting tools for order and service management.
3. Collaboration and Support:
o Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
o Provide end-user training and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of OSM 
functionalities.
o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP OSM processes.
4. Integration and Testing:
o Ensure seamless integration of SAP OSM with other systems and platforms.
o Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new 
implementations and updates.
o Manage system upgrades and patches to maintain system integrity and performance.
5. Compliance and Best Practices:
o Ensure that OSM processes comply with industry regulations and standards.
o Stay updated with SAP’s latest releases and enhancements for OSM.

Qualifications and Skills:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP OSM implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of order and service management processes.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP OSM solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP modules such as SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Materials Management), 
CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and PM (Plant Maintenance).
• Experience with SAP system integration and middleware tools (e.g., SAP PI/PO or SAP 
Integration Suite).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred:
• SAP certification in OSM or related modules.
• Experience in agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA OSM and its capabilities.
• Knowledge of reporting tools like SAP BI/BO or Fiori for OSM analytics.

Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive and team-oriented approach to problem-solving
