About this role:

At simpleshow, we’re redefining how people communicate complex ideas through the power of simplicity. As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping our clients unlock the full potential of our video maker tools while delivering exceptional service that turns customers into lifelong advocates.

This is a fully remote role supporting our UK operations based in London. We’re excited to welcome applicants from anywhere in the United Kingdom who are ready to make an impact!

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll:
  • Build relationships that matter: Become a trusted partner for our clients, guiding them to maximize the value of our tools through expert onboarding, training, and ongoing support.

  • Empower our clients: Transform them into explanation experts by teaching them how to simplify their messages and make the most of our video maker tool.
  • Drive success and retention: Keep a pulse on client health, usage data, and satisfaction to retain and grow accounts while delivering creative solutions to meet their needs.
  • Be a trusted advisor: Provide hands-on support through calls, video sessions, and webinars while addressing technical or content-related questions with ease.
  • Showcase creativity: Assist with video project creation, provide creative writing and visualization expertise, and craft proof-of-concept videos to inspire clients and support sales efforts.
  • Champion client success internally: Advocate for your clients by sharing insights with the product team, collaborating with our Creative team, and escalating challenges when needed.

We’re looking for someone with:
  • Client-focused experience: You’ve worked in customer-facing roles like account management, customer success, or similar, and you thrive on creating positive client outcomes.
  • Sales-oriented mindset: Experience managing account renewals and growing client accounts, with the ability to apply this approach throughout the customer journey.
  • A track record of success: Proven experience driving customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall client experience.
  • SaaS savvy: Familiarity with software products and experience working in the SaaS industry is a big plus.
  • Organizational and tech skills: You’re highly organized, self-motivated, and skilled with Google Workspace, Excel, and CRMs like Salesforce. Bonus points for experience with Customer Success platforms!
  • Exceptional communication: Your verbal and written communication skills are top-notch, and you’re known for being a professional, positive team player.
