The Recruiter is an essential part of the team, providing critical support during busy hiring seasons. This role focuses on sourcing candidates, coordinating interview schedules, and assisting the Talent Acquisition team to maintain a seamless and efficient recruitment process. 

  

This is a three-month contract (February - May)  

 

What You’ll Be Doing At AMC  

  • Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job openings to extending offers for both seasonal and full-time entry level roles 

  • Post job advertisements on job boards and company platforms 

  • Support talent sourcing and pipelining via LinkedIn and various sources  

  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure candidate information is accurately entered and maintained 

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently 

  • Ensure all interview-related documentation and materials are prepared and available 

  • Ensure clear and prompt communication with candidates throughout the process 

  • Assist in maintaining a positive candidate experience  

  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment 

  • Support the preparation and maintenance of recruitment reports to ensure accurate tracking of hiring metrics and trends 

  • Various other support duties as needed

Qualifications

What AMC Is Looking For  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 

  • 2-5 years in a talent acquisition or recruitment support role, particularly in a fast-paced or seasonal environment, is preferred 

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • High level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving 

  • Experience with Paycom

Salary range: $20.00-$25.00/hour

External candidates typically begin their journey with us at the starting point of the salary range. The final compensation offer will be based on factors such as experience, education, skills and geographic differential relevant to the position, and will be discussed during the interview process.
