Project Manager - Clean Transportation
Job Number: 25-03467

Help drive change! ECLARO is Project Manager - Clean Transportation for our client in NY (Remote).

Responsibilities:

Become an expert on client’s rules, policies and procedures
Attend regular meetings with program support consultants, client support staff, external agencies and other stakeholders as it relates to program administration
Coordinate with client’s support contractor managing applications, track applications
Update client’s program rules as necessary and in response to industry trends
Fulfill program data reporting requirements and freedom of information law (FOIL) requests
Develop working relationships with key stakeholders such as school bus dealers and manufacturers

Required Experience:

Strong project management skills and attention to detail in regard to understanding program rules and exercising good judgement
Must work collaboratively with internal team members and positively interact with outside stakeholders, including school districts, local governments, and community based organizations
Must be comfortable in handling calls/meetings with external program applicants and troubleshooting issues that may arise.
Comfort directing workflow of contracted program implementation of staff
Good organization and ability to prioritize is essential
Ability to stay organized and follow/set processes for managing many projects is essential
Strong IT system fluency or ability to learn systems quickly, specifically Salesforce and client financial IT systems.
General understanding of clean transportation, shared mobility, transit, and/or electric mobility is preferred
Previous experience in managing incentive or other customer-facing programs
Strong comprehension skills in reading/interpreting program rules
Must be able to step in as a primary contact for a large program
Strong project management skills to be able to oversee many school bus applications at the same time
Understanding policy/political landscape is important.
Salesforce, NEIS (PeopleSoft product), Microsoft Office, Tableau, SharePoint

Skills:

Contract management, budgeting and administrative skills are helpful
Experience with the EV market and/or zero emission vehicles is a plus.
