Technical Program Manager

Skills Required:

Experience Required – 8+ Years of relevant experience with at least 3-5 years focused on enterprise data center environments.

Certification – PMP, CSM, PSM, any Agile certification preferred and relevant technical certifications like CCNP.

Job Responsibilities:

· Oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex data center projects , ensuring alignment with business objectives.

· Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams (networking, security, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution.

· Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and vendors.

· Facilitate regular updates, status reports, and meetings to keep all parties informed of progress, risks, and issues.

· Provide technical guidance and support to teams working on data center infrastructure, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.

· Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure data center solutions, including networking, storage, and compute infrastructure.

· Ensure that all technical solutions meet the organization's security, compliance, and performance requirements.

· Manage project budgets, ensuring that all expenditures are tracked and controlled.

· Optimize resource allocation across projects, balancing the demands of various initiatives while maintaining high levels of efficiency and productivity.

· Work with procurement teams to manage vendor relationships and contracts related to data center hardware, software, and services.

· Ensure all data center projects comply with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal governance policies.

· Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to data center operations, security, and disaster recovery.

· Implement process improvements and adopt new technologies to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of data center operations.

· Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data center management and assess their applicability to the organization's needs.

· Track project progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders and prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project status and performance.

· Ensure service level contracts are in place with the OEMs

· Coordinate logistics and project management activities based on consultations with stakeholders
