Title: Epic Systems Analyst Associate
Location: This is a work-from-home position, but you must reside in Colorado. You may be based in Colorado Springs, Aurora, or Ft. Collins. Occasional travel among sites may be required.
Type: Direct hire
Salary: $28 - $63/hr, depending on experience
Job Description: Epic Systems Analyst Associate performs basic analysis of the daily use and administration of assigned IT system(s).
Pay will depend on the level/years of experience.
Assists with the development and installation of assigned systems. Tests and troubleshoots existing and proposed assigned system(s). Generates reports as requested, including writing specifications for custom reports. Provides support and troubleshooting to end users. Documents end-user issues and recommends steps to prevent recurrences.
OR
Assists with the visioning, planning, design, development, and installation of assigned systems. Tests and troubleshoots existing and proposed assigned system(s). Provides advanced analysis of the usage and return-on-investment of installed and proposed assigned system(s). Generates reports as requested, including writing specifications for custom reports. Provides advanced training, support and troubleshooting to end users. Documents end-user issues and recommends, designs, and builds steps to prevent recurrences.
Must haves:
HS Diploma
Actual Epic hospital billing work experience
Epic Certification(s)
Epic Professional Hospital Billing
