We’re looking for Implementation Specialists to join our team and help us exceed customer expectations. In this role, you’ll work directly with utilities to implement cutting-edge enterprise applications, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal results.
This is a remote position with travel required to client sites across North America (up to 50% of the time).
What You’ll Do:Leading gap analysis sessions to understand our customers needsMapping to-be business processesConfiguring, testing and tuning the softwareMapping and assisting with data conversions from legacy systemsTraining end users throughout the project on software functionality and best practicesProviding hands-on support during user acceptance testing, Go Live and post-implementation stabilizationCollorabate with development & dev-ops teams to influence, design, and validate solutionsAssist the Project Manager in the creation and review of project documentation, including specifications for customizationsSupport the Sales team and partners with presales activities such as product demonstrations and high-level gap analysis Advise customers on the best use of the SpryPoint applications by way of business process analysis, communicating industry best practices and understanding the current and desired future statesWhat We’re Looking For:2+ years of experience working with enterprise applications software, preferably in the utility sector Familiarity with financial and revenue processes, customer care systems, service billing, and work & asset management in municipal or government settingsBusiness Analysis and Business Process Mapping experienceExperience with reporting and business intelligence applications and platformsTechnical skills such as relational database knowledge or SQL skills is a huge plus!Proven ability to train users on enterprise software applicationsWhat You’ll Bring:Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environmentsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with senior management, clients, and partnersClear and concise communication skills (written and verbal)A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning new skills and adapting to changeConfidence to work independently and collaboratively within internal and external teamsJoin us in transforming the utility sector with smart, innovative solutions that matter.
