What you'll do:
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create visually engaging content for Fuel’s communication channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website.
  • Design a variety of assets, such as banners, blog post graphics, and website elements, ensuring consistency with Fuel’s brand guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain a library of design assets to streamline future projects.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and ensuring quality deliverables.
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently to refine and finalize designs in a timely manner.

  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital projects, ideally with web3 experience.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or equivalent tools.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, branding, and typography.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with designing for social media, email campaigns, and web design is a plus.
  • Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (preferred).
