What We’re Looking For
Trillium Health Resources is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Finance Team. This position is the central point of contact for all units or program support services for the VP of Financial Strategy and Medical Economics. This includes providing administrative, clerical, or custodial oversite or action to resolve day-to-day issues, scheduling meetings and updating calendars on Microsoft Outlook. This position also provides confidential administrative support to the Finance Department.
On a typical day, you might:
- Provide administrative, clerical, or custodial oversite or action to resolve day-to-day issues.
- Organize and create orderly systems of tasks.
- Coordinate project information and materials for easy accessibility
- Schedule and coordinate calendars.
- Deal discreetly with confidential information.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Scan, save, and file reports following payment processing

Qualifications:
Required Education:
High School Diploma or G.E.D
Required Experience:
Minimum of one (1) year clerical experience OR, equivalent combination of higher education/experience.
Preferred Experience
Assisting a senior executive and four (4) years clerical and office management experience.
Work experience with finance departments and healthcare industry.
Required License/Certification:
Must have a valid driver’s license
Location:
Must reside in North Carolina to be considered for remote status
