COCUNAT is looking for a new AREA MANAGERÂ to join the team in Barcelona! Are you up for the challenge?

Your responsibilities

Reporting to theÂ Wholesale & Retail Director:

You will keep co-creating with us the Retail World in COCUNAT with passion, creativity and drive.
You will directly develop and train the whole retail team (Stores and Retail Operations) leading by example.
You will manage the day-to-day operations of 3 stores located in Barcelona (2) and Madrid (1); and help expanding nationally.
Ensure the implementation of company policies and procedures to maintain consistency and quality across all locations.
Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve performance.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each store to ensure targets are met.
Supervise and support store managers, providing guidance and coaching to enhance team performance.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational standards, health and safety regulations, and customer satisfaction are upheld.
Manage budgets and cost control to maximize profitability within the assigned area.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that aligns with company values and culture.

Your profile

3+ years of experience as Area Manager or Retail Manager
Previous experience in stores openings (own brand stores), nationally and internationally.
English and Spanish are a must.Â
Solid management skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and quality of execution.
Proactive and curious â a very quick learner
Team player and team leader
Commercial and business acumen
Analytical acumen
Availability to travel nationally (60%)
