Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm for the first 60-90 days, then hours will Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with a 1-hour unpaid break (8 paid hours per day). Pacific Time.

Responsibilities:

Communicating with insurance carriers to obtain status updates and ensure that applications are processed correctly.
Reviewing applications and ensuring they are in good order (compliance and accuracy checks).
Engaging with clients to provide updates, schedule review appointments, and coordinate follow-up meetings.
Managing follow-up appointments to maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements

Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
Experience with CRM platforms, especially Go High Level CRM.
General knowledge of social media.
Marketing experience is a plus.
