Job description

This is a remote position.

Required Qualifications:

Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is preferred or similar certification.

Experience:

At least 5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant experience in large-scale transitions or IT projects.
Proven experience in workflow and process mapping, contract analysis, and vendor management.
Familiarity with STRA, PIA, and other regulatory compliance processes.

Skills

Strong analytical, time management, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills for engaging stakeholders.
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Visio, Smartsheet, Excel, Jira and any other project management software.
