Job description

Job Overview: 

As a Learner Support Administrator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and support of our learners throughout their educational journey.In this role, your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities will contribute to the overall success and satisfaction of our learners, fostering an environment conducive to educational achievement and growth.

Job Description:
  • Managing and documenting learner progress, including tracking milestones and updating records.
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new students, ensuring they are equipped with necessary information and resources.
  • Generating reports on student progress and performance, providing insights to educators and stakeholders.
  • Proactively monitoring and following up on student progress, addressing challenges and providing assistance as needed.
  • Compiling and organizing data related to learner progress into class spreadsheets and systems such as aXcelerate, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Engaging with students via various channels, including SMS and email, to provide support, updates, and important information.



Requirements
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and OneDrive for efficient document management, communication, and collaboration.
- Experience with Axcelerate (or similar LMS) and MYOB (or similar accounting software) is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on providing quality customer service to learners and stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in various interpersonal settings, fostering positive relationships with students and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing ideas, adapting to changing priorities, and learning new skills quickly.
- ​RTO experience preferred
