About the Role:
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support Technician with a background in IT desktop support, VoIP, and IP networks as well as web hosting, domain hosting, and web development to join their dynamic team. In this role, you’ll provide essential support for a range of telecom and ICT services as their customer base continues to grow.
You will offer remote helpdesk assistance for various ICT equipment including laptops, desktops, servers, Office 365, broadband, hosted cloud telephony, telephone systems, networks, WiFi, IP CCTV, and web hosting, domain hosting, and web development using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and PHP.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in IT, VoIP/SIP/IP, and managing distributed IP devices, with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
