As an Intermediate Full-Stack Developer, your role is to contribute to the development of new features and enhancements to our existing technology stack. You will engage in research, analysis, design, and development, collaborating closely with your team to deliver high-quality solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to participate in various aspects of engineering while honing your skills and deepening your expertise. You will receive ongoing guidance and feedback to learn, optimize, and grow in your career.
Responsibilities.
- Understand and contribute to solving our business challenges, aligning with our product and company goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to develop and implement software solutions.
- Work within our tech stack, including microservices, C# / .NET, React / Typescript, REST APIs, SQL, and AWS.
- Build and maintain features for our applications with an emphasis on quality and usability.
- Analyze and define problems, specify requirements, and contribute to designing effective solutions.
- Document solutions and maintain code clarity through appropriate documentation and diagrams.
- Contribute to operational improvements by identifying areas for process optimization.
- Stay informed about emerging tools and technologies to improve skills and project contributions.
- Follow secure coding practices to protect company assets and ensure confidentiality.
- Collaborate with and support team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Adhere to and uphold company coding standards.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to ideate and implement new products and features.
Qualifications.
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS application development or a similar field.
- A passion for learning, problem-solving, and staying current with technology trends.
- Hands-on experience with the .NET framework (C#) and React (Typescript) or equivalent technologies.
- Solid understanding of SQL and database management.
- Experience working in AWS/Azure environments is an asset.
- Exposure to DevOps practices is a bonus but not required.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Focused on delivering valuable and practical solutions to enhance end-user experiences.
- Comfortable working iteratively, learning from feedback, and addressing challenges proactively.
