This role will create, manage, nurture and report on all lead management activities, from target identification to lead nurturing, tracking volume, velocity and value metrics to deliver consistent high-quality leads to the sales team while providing valuable feedback on marketing campaigns.
Let’s talk about Responsibilities:
Partner with the Marketing and Sales teams to drive acceptance of leads
Conduct calling/emailing campaigns to uncover & qualify leads through outbound efforts
Qualify leads from inbound marketing campaigns
Follow up & nurture contacts with varying levels of interest
Identify, prioritize, and contact individual targets
Document all activity & conversations into SalesForce CRM application
Achieve metric targets focused on driving adoption and revenue
Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience
Required:
Skilled in a phone sales environment with the ability to build rapport, think and react quickly and to be assertive and persuasive on calls and email communications, without being aggressive
Confident, persuasive and clear communicator (both written and verbal), able to make well-reasoned recommendations to all levels of the organization, from peers to executive leadership
Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers and determine buying process
Ability to work independently and reliably with high-energy
Excellent time management skills with strong process orientation
High velocity appointment scheduling
Cloud / SaaS sales experience preferred
Healthcare technology experience a plus

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
This role is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan with a target of $50,000 annually.
At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $24.87 - $37.32 USD Hourly
For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
