The Sales Support Manger is responsible for the supervision of the Sales Support Coordinators.  This person will work directly with the Director of Sales Enablement to support the field selling organization as an extension of the selling team. The SSC Manager will be responsible for training the SSC team on key internal-facing activities to help improve sales force effectiveness and maximize the selling team’s performance. In this position, the SSC Manager will be responsible for the coordination of activities within the team, assuring timely processing and management of internal and external customer’s needs and proper communication. The individual will assist in establishing best practices, suggest improvements to increase department efficiencies, and team development.

This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the US.

Educational requirements: 
HS/GED is required
A College Degree is preferred
Skills and Experience:
•    Proven experience in Sales or administrative positions supporting the Sales team
•    8 years of experience in Sales Support
•    Ability to effectively interact, engage and communicate with internal and external customers
•    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•    Ability to create a positive optimistic can-do perspective 
•    Foster a positive work environment of “lead by example” and “how may I help you”
•    Demonstrate capability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks/priorities
•    Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
•    Able to lead in a team-based environment; contributes to team development and performance to achieve organizational goals 
•    Excellent systems skills including Excel & PowerPoint are required
•    Knowledge of or willingness to learn:
o    JD Edwards
o    Salesforce
o    Various Syndicated Lead Platforms
Essential Duties:
•    Manage Sales Support team 
•    Build trust with RSDs in order to improve communication/support efficiency with their (AEs)
•    Collaborate with sales leaders to continually improve communication/information within the teams
•    Formulate and manage an ongoing training plan for the Sales Support Coordinator to include but not limited to understanding the sales process, salesforce training, JDE. 
•    Analyze SSC metrics & performance in order to continually improver individual and team performance
•    Mentor, coach and advise team on work performance evaluate individual skill level and performance 
•    Ensure Sales Support team follows all CRM processing policies and procedures
•    Weekly Meetings with Sales Enablement Director to open issues, provide information updates and team performance. 
•    Conduct regular department meetings to provide information, updates and gather feedback from team
•    Participate and support company initiatives
•    Perform Other duties as assigned by management
•    Communicates Interface’s strategies, goals, and deadlines to the team members and manages workflow. 
•    Be a backup as needed for SSC’s 
•    Special projects as required
