Job Description

Our team is growing, and we are actively looking to hire a Senior Claim Advisor Auto Total Loss.

Accountabilities

  • Investigate and research the value of vehicles through various methods
  • Review and analyze documents from internal and external sources in relation to the evaluation process for vehicles and our insured’s
  • Adhere to and maintain departmental standards and/or KPI’s
  • Provide a superior customer service experience for policyholders and prompt and equitable settlement of claims
  • Other tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-4 years experience in an auto insurance related position
  • Enrolled in, or willing to enroll in CIP designation
  • Understanding of auto terminology, car market and auto estimates
  • Excellent organizational and negotiating skills
  • Total loss experience is considered an asset
  • ICAR courses are considered an asset
