About the role:
As an Implementation Conversion Consultant, you will provide technical guidance and formulate systems scope and objectives relative to client organization business plan and industry requirements.

About the team:

Technical consulting team does installs, upgrades, integrations to third part with GETPAID software. Global team with members around the world covering EMEA, US, APAC regions.

What you will be doing:

  • Resolves program logic errors

  • SAB ABAP Programming

  • XML, XSLT, Core JAVA

  • Batch and PowerShell Scripting

  • Participates in evaluation and selection of performance tools

  • Understands advantages/disadvantages of operating systems, e.g., Unix, Windows and of various browsers, e.g., Internet Explorer, Netscape, Mozilla Firefox, etc.

  • Isolates and resolves complex problems using appropriate diagnostic tools

  • Devises and implements solutions to correct performance problems

  • Manages and coordinates test activities for assigned application

  • Other related duties assigned as needed


What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

  • Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner

  • Requires good working knowledge of FIS systems as well as the industries in which FIS competes for business          

  • Good working knowledge of development and debugging tools

  • Understands principles of multiple applications development methodologies

  • Knowledge of complex functions and features of installed database management platforms

  • Skill in SAP ABAP programming and two or more programming languages (Core JAVA, XML, XSLT)

  • Batch and PowerShell Scripting

  • Ability to understand and apply concepts

  • Ability to handle project commensurate with job expectations

  • Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools

  • Requires human relations, negotiation and documentation skills

  • Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally as well as externally

  • Flexibility, versatility, dependability

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $102,560.00 - $172,280.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
