Job Details

The Trainer Specialist will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for learning and development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and motivate at all levels.

Conduct virtual training sessions with our dealer network to educate them on best practices, call center methodology, and sales techniques.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to ensure ongoing engagement and support.
Develop and deliver customized training programs that meet the specific needs of each dealer.
Gather feedback from dealers and use it to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to stay updated on new scripts, best practices, policies, and procedures that need to be communicated to dealers.
Encourage and facilitate the adoption of training and suggestions across a variety of call centers.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Provide quick response times to dealers and internal team members
Conduct a minimum of 5 call center trainings a week with the dealer network
Identify dealers that need call center trainings via data, KPIs to help improve conversion
Conduct training sessions with the dealer network focused on best practices in a positive way to reach lead conversion goals for lead to sale.
Communicate training and feedback effectively to dealer network
Persuasive Communication – Ability to share complex information to a wide range of people and ensure action is taken.
