About the Role

You will report to the Senior Manager, IT Governance as an individual contributor to promote data-driven decision-making by collecting data information. You will collaborate with the Architecture and Data team to develop and maintain data models, data integration frameworks, and data governance policies. Your expertise will ensure the availability, accuracy, and reliability of data across the organization.

 :

You Will:

  • Collaborate with business leaders, project leaders, and OSL Architects to promote a data-driven culture in the development of Lottery’s Information Architecture.

  • Identify opportunities to improve information access, governance, integration, storage, and publication. 

  • Inform and support industry best practices and technology solutions in the context of information architecture, master data management, security, and governance. 

  • Lead formulation of the agency’s Information Architecture Road Map.

  • Ensure Enterprise Information Management (EIM) initiatives align with Enterprise goals, validating that data architecture supports both operational and strategic objectives.

  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture to identify technical debt and develop EIM roadmap to socialize across multiple teams and external partners.

  • Design and guide implementation of horizontally scaled Azure architectures that focus on data governance and process automation, using metadata driven pipelines. 

  • Be the subject matter expert in scripting technologies, language, and security technologies.

  • Provide technical training and instructional leadership to members of the EIM team in Data Governance, Data Governance Engine maintenance. 

  • Collaborate with roles and vendors to develop data governance strategies that address agency goals and partner needs.

  • Provide input and review on domains of architecture representing data as a part of the IT Architectural Review Board. Collaborate in defining boundaries of the domains of architecture representing data.

You Have:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and five (5) years of experience developing and deploying complex data warehouse/data mart/ETL/BI deliverables; OR

  • Eight (8) years of experience developing and deploying complex data warehouse/data mart/ETL/BI deliverables.
