Party Center Software (PCS), part of the Fullsteam organization, helps business owners, managers, and party hosts in the family entertainment center (FEC) and event industry to book more parties online. Our dynamic software and marketing services allow our customers to manage staff, upcoming events, and orders, and gather digital waivers, remarket via email, manage social media, and scale with our custom websites. We serve family entertainment centers and event venues across the globe in a multitude of industries. Examples include multi-attraction facilities, trampoline parks, bowling alleys, soft play centers, and more.

Party Center Software is on the lookout for a versatile Digital Marketing and PPC Specialist. This role is essential for not only managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms but also contributing to broader marketing initiatives and the development of new offerings. Your expertise will be integral in driving effective, ROI-focused advertising strategies and supporting our marketing efforts to enhance our services in the family entertainment industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, execute, and oversee PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta for Party Center Software and our client accounts.
  • Perform keyword research, analysis, and optimization to maximize ad performance and budget efficiency.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and adjust PPC campaigns based on performance data and industry trends.
  • Meet with clients to understand their advertising needs, perform account setup, customize campaigns for maximum effectiveness, and manage ad budgets.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting and insights on PPC campaigns and other digital marketing activities to internal teams and clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices, particularly in PPC, and apply them across campaigns.
  • Manage multiple client accounts, prioritizing customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and communication.
  • Work alongside the marketing team to integrate PPC strategies with broader marketing goals and initiatives.
  • Contribute to content creation for digital marketing efforts, including blog posts, social media content, and marketing collateral.
  • Contribute to other client work, such as website design and social media assistance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new marketing offerings and services.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in PPC campaign management across Google Ads, Meta advertising experience, and a solid understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to create content with digital marketing strategy development.
  • Strong analytical skills for effective data interpretation and decision-making in campaign management.
  • Exceptional customer account management skills, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
  • Collaborative team player capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge or experience in the family entertainment sector is advantageous.
  • Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Meta advertising, and other digital marketing disciplines are preferred.
