At Altera Digital Health, we're a team of passionate innovators transforming healthcare through cutting-edge technology. We're seeking a highly talented and motivated Principal Content Editor to join our expanding US team.

This pivotal role will be dedicated to our Sunrise product, where you'll play a key part in ensuring the delivery of exceptional, high-quality content that meets the highest industry standards

Job Responsibilities

  • Own formatting, configuration, standardization, documentation, testing, maintenance, packaging and release of solutions content and related components
  • Partners with Solution Management to prioritize and specify content solutions for Sunrise EHR.
  • Actively participate in content solution vision that supports overall strategic plan and goals; Sets strategic goals and plans for their successful execution as they relate to the overall content solutions
  • Coordinate team activities for content solutions, research product objectives, provides guidance, direction, decision making, prioritization, and helps facilitate the smooth transition of content deliverables
  • Proactively identify solutions to complex content problems and enhancements, looking for creative solutions
  • Works closely with regulatory bodies to ensure documents are in compliance with government policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Develops rigorous testing standards for the clinical review of internal content as well as content provided by vendors or customers
  • Provides project management for multiple team projects, including development and maintenance of project plans, status updates, task prioritization and issue escalation when needed and Identifying functionality gaps

Role Requirements

  • Extensive experience within Sunrise configuration is required
  • ClinDoc and Core experience is preferred.
  • This position will suit a strong communicator with experience building strong relationships internally.
  • Project management experience and lead experience is preferred.
  • Content development experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Working Arrangements:

  • Standard workweek or as defined by assignment requirements.
  • Flexibility to work in a standard office environment or remotely.
  • Availability for after-hours, on-call support, and holidays as needed.
  • Expect on-call and after-hours work during peak times, including end of month/quarter/year; during these times, PTO is limited to meet business needs.
