A Little Bit About the Role:
As an Integrated Designer, you will be responsible for creating and adapting designs for content throughout the suite of channels included in a global B2B activation campaign. Our ideal candidate has worked at an advertising agency or design firm and has a strong portfolio – with B2B expertise preferred.
You will be working within brand guidelines, producing design and artwork to the client’s brief and exacting standards. They will proactively manage projects within agreed timescales considering quality, accuracy, and consistency. The expectation is to maintain a fast paced and responsive workflow across multiple projects and brands within our organisation whilst learning from others and developing your craft along the way.
What You'll be Doing:
· Work on projects from start to finish — working collaboratively across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation.
· Show strong integrated design thinking for web, ecommerce, social content, and digital marketing.
· Define the look and feel for variety of design projects.
· Implement existing brand guidelines and templates on projects.
· The ability to work under direction and using your own initiative.
· Presenting your work internally and to clients and manage workloads within agreed timings.
· Keeping up to date with current design trends.
· Understand what makes GREAT content e.g., best practices for making ecommerce, social assets and mobile first.
What You'll Need:
· A rich portfolio of relevant work examples - digital, banners, emails, landing pages, in-store, event materials, collateral, icons, infographics, brochures, and campaigns.
· A keen sense of personal responsibility for the quality control, presentation, and accuracy of all work.
· Solid understanding of graphic design and web technologies.
· Brand identity, visual systems, and campaign identities as real working experience.
· Experience working with manufacturing/industrial/b2b
· A portfolio demonstrating your ideas through to execution.
· A passion for digital trends and interaction / animation design.
· You'll have a deep affinity with layout, typography, and ideas-generation.
· Proficiency in Adobe CC suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and associated prototyping.
· A team player and possess the ability to build strong and effective working relationships.
· Handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
· A portfolio comprised of traditional and digital, design, and interaction design work.
· Willingness to accept feedback and iterate over designs in a highly-collaborative, low-ego team environment.
· Overflowing with curiosity, creativity, and ambition.
