As a fully remote position, this role allows flexibility and the ability to communicate with cross-functional teams globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing automation strategies that drive engagement, nurture leads, and improve customer experience.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) to create and implement automated workflows, email campaigns, and customer journeys.
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics, providing insights to enhance campaign performance and optimize marketing tactics.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and technical teams to ensure effective integration and execution of marketing automation strategies.
  • Monitor technology trends and best practices in marketing automation to continually enhance our strategies.
  • Train and support team members on using marketing tools and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and funnel optimization.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with teams.
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
