Job description

Overview:

In this role, you will represent the company as the primary point of contact for small and medium-sized customers, delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support by advising on products, services, and solutions tailored to customer needs and designs.
  • Promote the value of company products and services to customers.
  • Make outbound calls (both cold and warm) to identify new business opportunities.
  • Communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat to address technical inquiries and offer solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including production, sales, engineering, and customer care, to resolve customer issues.
  • Build and maintain relationships with small and medium-sized customers through regular follow-ups using Salesforce.
  • Stay knowledgeable about products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and track the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and meeting sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in German and English (verbal and written).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar technical environment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with consultative selling and Salesforce is desirable.
