Job description

Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Business Development Manager.

We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Key responsibilities:

Holding actual PSP and PM research as per our main market needs
Perform calls and further communication with potential PSPs
Help underwriting process by sending requests for Check List, NDAs and KYC/B from the PSP
Make volume forecasts, rate and fee calculations for new PSPs, BAM and On-boarding Teams
Work closely with Treasury and Legal team regarding new PSPs, current contract and commercials, discounts etc.
Arrange referral agreements with PSP, Gateways, Facilitators/ Integrators and others and promote to partners
Control the margin level per market and take actions to increase it

Requirements:

Experience 1+ years in the same role or the role related to the current position
Advanced level of English as both internal communication and communication with clients is in English
Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills
Previous experience with creating and implementing strong relationships with clients

Nice to have:

Experience in Fintech/Payments
Experience of working in PSP
Experience in account management/Sales/BizDev
Experience in Gambling/Igaming
Experience in Banking sphere
Russian/Bulgarian language is not mandatory but will be a plus
