ActioNet has an immediate need for a Network Administrator. This remote opportunity invites all qualified candidates to apply and requires a Public Trust clearance. Ideal candidates have experience with Cisco IronPort, and expertise in network administration and diagnostics.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor email gateways, ensuring secure and efficient email flow
Serve as SME for Cisco IronPort Secure Email Gateway appliances
Create and enforce email policies to prevent spam, viruses, and malware
Assist with message tracking and reporting for Cyber Security and Enterprise Messaging teams
Perform network administrative tasks, including user account management, DHCP, and patch management
Install and configure network hardware; perform routine maintenance and backups
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
Create and maintain network documentation, train team members
Basic Qualifications (required)
Six (6) or more years of experience
Proficiency with Windows 11, ServiceNow,AsyncOS, and Arcserve Backup
Expertise in managing Cisco IronPort Secure Email Gateway appliances
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for hardware and software
Skills Preferred:
Experience with federal agencies, particularly the FAA
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to train and collaborate with team members
