Junior Recruiter

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and hiring top sales talent for remote offshore positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for remote sales positions.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract offshore sales talent.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify top-tier candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with recruitment efforts.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline and database for future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field OR 3+ years of recruitment experience.
  • Proven experience in recruiting for sales positions.
  • Expertise in recruiting offshore sales talent for remote roles.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient with recruitment tools, sourcing strategies, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
