 The Position

The Technology Operations Lead will be responsible for the operation of Aria’s system integrations and automated process to and from Salesforce as well as providing tier 2 technical support to Aria end users.

This role includes managing, debugging, enhancing, upgrading, and providing ongoing operational support to Aria’s major system integrations to and from Salesforce and major system automations. It also includes being a senior resource for researching and resolving Salesforce support issues across the company.

Requirements
  • Manage daily operations of all Salesforce integrations and system automations. This includes monitoring for errors, researching and resolving issues, managing system upgrades, monitoring and managing integration server operations and generally being the subject matter expert on all integrations.
  •  Plan, manage, test and implement system upgrades to integration and automation technologies.
  •  Develop comprehensive technical specifications, use cases, test conditions, and training documentation to support the successful implementation of initiatives and processes.
  •  Become a subject matter expert on our Salesforce integrations and automations, understanding what they do and how they do it and communicating with the business users that depend on them.
  •  Monitor and maintain new and existing infrastructure (e.g. tools, integrations, upgrades) to ensure operational stability and scalability.
  •  Provide tier 2 technical troubleshoot and functional support for existing system functionality and integrations. Resolves issues by identifying root cause and implementing solutions.
  •  Communicate effectively and able to articulate complex workflows and concepts to audiences with varying degrees of technical acumen.
  •  Protect the company by handling sensitive and protected business information with appropriate safeguards and confidentiality.

EDUCATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

  •  BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
  •  5+ years Salesforce platform experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, General Configuration, Flows, Lightning)
  •  5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Business Analyst or Consultant in a customer facing role
  •  Preferred Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Consultant, Architect
  •  Experience with Salesforce Flows and Lightning interface
  •  Experience designing Salesforce integrations with 3rd party applications & databases
  •  Understanding of technical capabilities of Visual Force, APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and APEX Web services (development skills not required)

  •  Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  •  Ability to lift 15-20 lbs

PHYSICAL EFFORT & WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is performed remotely (home office) or in a normal office setting in our Overland Park, KS headquarters with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Substantial time is spent working on a computer.
